Exchanging one experience for another
It is only possible to exchange one experience for another or choose another option if the initial booking is cancelled and a new booking is made.
Please contact us directly if you need to update participant information.
Why do I need to provide additional information?
To participate in some experiences, you will need to provide certain information, such as dietary requirements, age or hotel address of participants, prior to the booked day.
Changing the date and/or time of the booking
You can change the date and/or time of a booking by using the contact form and entering the voucher code.
Please note that not all bookings can be rescheduled. You will find more information about this on your voucher.
Cancel participant
Send us an e-mail via the contact form and we will change your booking.
Please note that some experiences require a minimum number of participants.
Add participants
To add new participants, send us an e-mail via the contact form and we will modify your booking with the correct number of participants or make a new separate booking for the missing participants.
Please note that some experiences require a minimum and maximum number of participants. We will contact you if it is not possible to add participants to an existing booking.
When you fill in the form we can only contact you if all the details match the details associated with your booking code.
