If you wish to cancel a booking, please write "Cancellation" in the comments on the form below.
This is the fastest way to process your request. If you have questions or need help, our multilingual customer service team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

If your activity starts in more than 48 hours, you can cancel your booking by filling in the contact form. You will receive a full refund to the payment method you used to make the booking.
If you have a booking for an attraction that has been pre-emptively closed, LikeExcursión will contact you to offer a full refund.
Some experiences offer a full or partial refund, while others are non-refundable. The type of refund depends on the operator's cancellation policy.
For all cancellable bookings, the cancellation period is indicated on the voucher. As well as in the description of the activity.
You can unsubscribe from our promotional emails by sending us an email to hola@likeexcursion.com. with the subject "Unsubscribe Notifications".
Please note that you cannot unsubscribe from the support emails for your booking(s). LikeExcursion will continue to use your personal details to send you booking confirmations and other important news affecting your activities, etc.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you continue to receive promotional emails after unsubscribing or if you have any other questions.
Inclusions and exclusions

Duration and start time
In each activity you can find the duration of the experience.
Some activities have limited places, so it is possible that availability may change depending on the number of people you want to book.
Exchanging one experience for another
It is only possible to exchange one experience for another or choose another option if the initial booking is cancelled and a new booking is made.
Please contact us directly if you need to update participant information.
Why do I need to provide additional information?
To participate in some experiences, you will need to provide certain information, such as dietary requirements, age or hotel address of participants, prior to the booked day.

Changing the date and/or time of the booking
You can change the date and/or time of a booking by using the contact form and entering the voucher code.
Please note that not all bookings can be rescheduled. You will find more information about this on your voucher.

Cancel participant
Send us an e-mail via the contact form and we will change your booking.
Please note that some experiences require a minimum number of participants.

Add participants
To add new participants, send us an e-mail via the contact form and we will modify your booking with the correct number of participants or make a new separate booking for the missing participants.
Please note that some experiences require a minimum and maximum number of participants. We will contact you if it is not possible to add participants to an existing booking.

When you fill in the form we can only contact you if all the details match the details associated with your booking code.
Paying with a gift voucher
When you have received a gift voucher. You can proceed with the booking. Under the experience you have selected, enter your 12-digit code.

Refund information
Refunds can take 3-4 working days to arrive in your account. However, some credit cards operate with different timeframes.

Problems with payment
Firstly, please check that you have entered your details correctly and try again.
If you are still unable to process your booking, try another payment method or contact your bank.

Paying at the meeting point
It is not possible to pay for the experience at the meeting point. You must complete the payment process directly on our website.
Details of the meeting point can be found on the voucher.
If your experience starts with the pick-up service, you will find the pick-up point information on the voucher.
If the information is not detailed enough, the quickest way to receive a response is to request a response via the form below.
Normally the confirmation email and your voucher are sent as soon as your booking is confirmed. If you haven't received them, please check your inbox and spam folder.

Confirmation within 48 hours
Most bookings are confirmed instantly. However, sometimes the final confirmation is within 48 hours of your purchase.
You can find out if the experience you want to book has instant confirmation by checking within the activity, it will indicate "instant confirmation".

Book in advance
If you book several months in advance, please note that some attractions will only confirm your booking closer to the date.
